The Expansify Single-Well Plate supports up to 250 million cells per plate, enabling applications in biologics production, cell and gene therapy vector production (research grade), and process development. Its streamlined, stackable design maximizes throughput while maintaining ease of handling.
Each plate can replace up to eight T-225 flasks, significantly improving throughput by reducing touch time and incubator requirements, while minimizing and plastic usage. With its high- density performance, the Expansify Single-Well Plate connects small-scale research to translational and therapeutic workflows.
The Expansify Single-Well Plate includes SureShelves™, precision-engineered features integrated into the Expansify™ product family. SureShelves provide secure locations for resting tips, serological pipettes, and Pasteur pipettes, along with precise milliliter graduations for rapid media fill and aspiration.
Cells grown in Expansify plates can be imaged directly within the plates using standard laboratory microscopes.
Each plate consists of an oxygen-permeable insert for cell growth made from medical-grade material, with a polystyrene lid and base plate.
