The Expansify 24-Well Plate delivers 6–8 million cells per well, representing a major increase in productivity compared to traditional cultureware flasks. It is designed for biologics production, cell and gene therapy vector research, cell-based assays, and process development. One stackable plate can replace up to 24 T-75 flasks, saving incubator space, consumables, and operator time while enabling reproducible high-density cell growth and bioproduction.
The Expansify 24-Well Plate includes SureShelves™, precision-engineered features built into each well of the Expansify™ product family. SureShelves provide secure locations for resting tips, serological pipettes, and Pasteur pipettes, along with precise milliliter graduations for rapid media fill and aspiration.
Cells grown in Expansify plates can be imaged directly within the plates using standard laboratory microscopes.
Each plate consists of an oxygen-permeable insert for cell growth made from medical-grade material, with a polystyrene lid and base plate.
